“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.” — Martin Luther King Jr.
The spirit of Diwali came alive as our young learners from Grades I and IV presented heartwarming assemblies that beautifully captured the festival’s message — the triumph of light over darkness and goodness over evil.
Through soulful prayers, thoughtful reflections, and graceful performances, the students celebrated Diwali as a festival of values — of knowledge, truth, and compassion. The stories from the Ramayana, rendered with sincerity and devotion, reminded everyone of courage, kindness, and the power of righteousness.
From lively skits promoting eco-friendly celebrations to musical renditions and dance performances symbolizing joy and unity, the assemblies reflected creativity, confidence, and collaboration. The integration of themes like sustainability and mindful living highlighted the importance of making Diwali not just a festival of lights, but of learning and responsibility. The event also included a well-presented news segment and concluded with the Prize Distribution Ceremony for the Hindi Debate Competition, followed by the School Song and National Anthem.
As the lamps glowed and the children’s voices filled the air with warmth, the assemblies left everyone inspired — to shine with knowledge, act with empathy, and spread the light of happiness wherever they go.
This Diwali, our students didn’t just perform — they truly illuminated.
