“When parents become storytellers, classrooms transform into spaces where imagination thrives and learning becomes a shared journey.”
Celebrating the power of parent engagement, Story Weaver Ed. 1.0 made a remarkable debut as part of the Biblion celebrations, following a week-long “Readathon” programme designed to nurture a love for reading among students. This special two-day segment beautifully showcased how collaborative learning can truly bring stories to life.
On Day 1, the Grade III Parent Community, represented by Ms. Naina Sethi and Ms. Sandhya Gupta, led engaging storytelling sessions that sparked creativity and imagination. Ms. Naina Sethi enthralled students with her story ‘The Magic Paint Brush’, while Ms. Sandhya Gupta captivated young minds with her story ‘Guess Who’. Their expressive narration encouraged enthusiastic participation and thoughtful responses from the students.
From the Grade V Parent Community, Ms. Mehak Shakya conducted an engaging session based on the story ‘Two Parrots’. The session urged students to think beyond the ordinary and express their understanding through vivid illustrations, reflecting both imagination and depth of thought.
Day 1 stood as a testament to the impact of meaningful parent involvement, making learning more interactive, enriching, and memorable for every child.
