Learning came alive as parents stepped into the classrooms of Grade IV at Suncity School 37D for an engaging and interactive Parent Walk-In Session.
The session began on a cheerful note with a melodious welcome song, followed by a fun Math Hopscotch activity. Parents also visited the Reading Café, where they interacted with students, responded to their questions, and explored books while waiting for their turn.
Showcasing a flipped classroom approach, students confidently took the lead in presenting their learning across subjects through interactive and experiential activities. The session beautifully reflected a multidisciplinary approach, seamlessly integrating concepts from language, science, mathematics, and social studies to create meaningful real-world connections.
Across classrooms, students:
Explored landforms through hands-on activities in Social Science
Presented a vibrant Hindi skit and dance celebrating unity in diversity
Created persuasive advertisements in English
Differentiated between helpful and harmful microbes in Science
Reflected on healthy lifestyle habits through Mathematics
The event concluded with parents sharing thoughtful reflections and feedback, making it a memorable celebration of collaboration, creativity, and joyful learning.
