At Suncity School 37D, we believe that understanding a child is a shared journey—one that becomes richer when parents and educators come together as partners in learning.
With this spirit, ‘Connect Over Coffee’ brought our Principal Ms Jayshree Patel and parents of Grades VII F and VII D together in an informal and open setting on 15th and 16th September.
Over coffee and candid conversations, parents shared their perspectives, observations and suggestions on areas ranging from AI and evolving learning practices to language development, subject learning, school bags and student well-being. The discussions also provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on CBSE guidelines and the changing needs of today’s learners.
At the heart of these conversations was one shared purpose: to understand our children better and enable them to thrive.
Guided by our belief in Multiple Intelligences, we recognise that every child brings a unique combination of strengths, interests and ways of learning. Parents bring an invaluable understanding of the child at home; educators bring their understanding of the child as a learner.
When these perspectives come together, we see the whole child.
